Pokitec sells Boom Recorder (the "Application"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the application.

Information Collection And Use
While using our Application, the application may ask you to provide it with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").
This personally identifiable information is not shared with us and stays within the application and may be included in sound reports that you may share with your customers. You may also choose not to fill in this personally identifiable information if you wish.

Like many applications, it may crash. The information collected by the operating system during such a crash may be shared with the vendor (Apple) of the operating system. When the crash data is shared with the operating system's vendor the vendor may share the crash report data with us to improve our application.
When we help with a problem we may ask you to make an Incident Report from the application's help menu. This function will collect information about the current state of the application such as configuration settings, screen shots, etc. This information stays on your computer, unless you explicitly send the resulting Incident Report to us.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
