FastSprint refund policy - Boom Recorder

Boom Recorder licenses are digital products delivered electronically through FastSpring, our authorized reseller.
Customers in the European Union and other regions with similar consumer protection laws may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by purchasing Boom Recorder and activating the license, or use of the software, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery or access begins.
If you do not activate, or use the software, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
We may also approve refunds for:
- Duplicate purchase
- Accidental purchase
- Verified technical issue that prevents the software from functioning as described, and we cannot resolve the issue
- Fraudulent transaction
Refund requests must include:
- Your FastSpring order ID
- The email address used for purchase
- A brief description of the issue
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on your payment provider. Some payment methods may have additional limitations imposed by FastSpring.
